A very nice place; you can see traditional dutch wooden houses, mills, cheesemaking and making of wooden shoes and little museums. It not too expensive and very beautifully situated along a river.

My nr 1 recommendation for all our guests, best way and the nicest way to get there is by bike, about 10 kms cycling distance from our house. Great place for a picknick!

I have heard this is a really nice museum and also the town Oudewater is really worth a visit. The old citycentre is very cosy and pittoresk. Canoeing in Oudewater is also very beautiful.

Nice to have a free look around. Underneath the castle is a freely accessible photoexposition, in the old dungeons. Have a look!

The most beautiful (but expensive) fairy tale theme park in the Netherlands. Super, both for adults and for children! If you have the chance to go there, we strongly recommend to visit the Efteling!
