Definitely our favorite restaurant. They take American food classics and make them special with fresh and interesting ingredients. Not you typical small town restaurant, this place would be at home in any city or trendy town. They also make a yummy rootbeer that is spicy and not too sweet. The beers are great too, with several being award winners. It's more expensive than some others but for special occations, or if you want one really great meal this is the place.

Very good Mexican food, with great service, and its very popular with the locals. They make a great strawberry margarita, and I particularly love the albondigas (meatball) soup and anything with their shredded beef.

These are the best burgers in the area, it's been a local favorite for over 50 years. They also have great icecream deserts and malt shakes.

At the end of the long tunnel heading into Yosemite from the southern entrance, this is THE iconic scene of Yosemite Valley. You will definitely want to have your picture taken with El Capitan, Halfdome, and Bridal Veil falls in the background.

This is the trail we most often recommend. The trail goes to the top of Vernal Falls and you get cooled by the mist from the falls (or soaked at wet times of the year) and see the rainbow it creates. If you continue on the trail you get to Nevada Falls, and on from there will take you to Half Dome.
