Music Venue
“ the venue that started it all. It was the Ryman -- “the Mother Church of Country Music” -- that first started attracting names like Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, and George Jones, securing Nashville’s status as the American center of country music. The Ryman remains a country music mecca, but as one of the city’s most dazzling concert-going experiences, has also hosted everyone from the Foo Fighters to Janelle Monae. Even if you don’t make it to a concert, it’s at least worth taking the time for a brief tour. Check their homepage for concerts and dates.”

“THE quintessential honky tonk. 3 stages where the artists range from upcoming singer songwriter to shot-ripping Taylor Swift cover. Start your Broadway push here and you might not even leave. Be warned, it's a bit divey. For a local hack, the first floor stage in the very back has seats behind the band.”

“If you’re wanting a full 180 experience from the honky tonk experience, come here! It’s located in the revered Printer’s Alley, home to everything alternative to the Broadway scene. This is a legit pub, full of soccer games on the TVs and everything in between. ”

“This place always has live music going on, but the variety is what we really enjoy. Country, rock, hip hop, and other genres can be heard in this fun establishment that definitely reflects the namesake band’s character. Food is fine enough, but it’s the entertainment that really should be devoured. ”
