Peter and Som are perfect hosts, providing a spacious studio with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. We would absolutely consider staying when them again if we need to stay in The Hills area in future.

Peter's place is excellent, very friendly, welcoming family and we enjoyed our stay there. Comfortable bed and everything is very modern and well looked after. Parking was straight outside the home. Lovely neighbourhood and very convenient to Castle Hill, Parramatta and Westmead. Highly recommend.

Iryna was a really nice host. Even though I was only there for a short time, small things like leaving the outside light on (because I would come back late) really counts. Her place was clean and tidy and she a commuter myself and my friend as well. The room is exactly as described and an extra blanket if it gets cold!

I booked this room because it was close to a venue I was attending. The house is across the street from the train line so white a bit of noise from passing trains. Also a young family live upstairs with children and they were very noisy and could hear them stomping around. Irynas place was clean and the bed comfortable with a tv in your room. The towel i had smelled a bit funny.

Josie was a very welcoming and understanding host. We were driving from interstate so arrived a little later than expected. There is plenty of street parking in the generally quiet residential area. We did hear a couple of hoons on the street but it definitely wasn't something we were expecting. She is also very friendly and invited us a number of times to eat and travel with them but alas we had our own plans or had already eaten. Her house is a clean and very large modern home with older yet classy furnishings. Although the room was very spacious even with a queen bed, there was only the bed, an awkward corner table and a wardrobe. I would suggest you bring a powerboard if you have various devices that need power. The room itself got very hot during our stay, mind you these were over some of the hottest days on record for Sydney with temps reaching up to 39 degrees. She did provide a fan for the majority and some AC but the bed itself was also quite hot and not the most comfortable, not to bad if you're doing a short stay but after 3 days, things start to get a little tight. All in all she was a great host and was very accommodating and would be more than happy to stay with her again(URL HIDDEN)

Josie is a great host. She is polite, friendly and very helpful. Her spacious home I Stabhope Gardens is a great place to stay. It is close to public transport, and you can easily get around the city. Both Stanhope village and Rouse Hill shopping center is close by. I would highly recommend this place.

Josie is a lovely host. Offered me a lovely breakfast and good conversation. The room was a little hot and the road is quite loud if you are a light sleeper which I am not but it is very spacious and clean and comfy bed.

Hosts were very lovely. As others have said, the room faces the road and can be a bit noisy at times if you're not used to hearing light traffic at night. There isn't much to the room, just a bed and a desk. The bed was different than the one in the photo.

Jared and Diana are the most delightful hosts, that go just that bit further to make your stay special. The apartment is light a clean and has a beautiful feeling of open space, through the balcony. Amazing again !!!! Like our first stay with Margaret and Peter. It is a very nice and relaxing place to stay. The apartment is wonderful, clean and luxurious. Margaret's place was absolutely lovely to stay at - located on a really quiet street, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Margaret is a charming person, who genuinely enjoys hosting guests in the completely self-contained apartment. She was very welcoming, friendly and assisted with our extra requests. She even went to the trouble of leaving me gluten free muffins for me! I would not hesitate to recommend staying here, or returning. It's a much, much better option than the hotels or apartment hotels in the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2013-14 and had a fantastic time. The apartment and community pool were exactly as described and had plenty of space for the two of us. We had a car so it was easy to drive to and from Sydney however it seemed easy by public transport too. Margaret and Peter were great hosts - if we had any issues or questions they were extremely quick to respond and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us :)

This was the trip of a lifetime for us and we were thrilled to have found this great place to stay! We had a most wonderful stay in Sydney and our Hosts Peter and Margaret were so very gracious and loving and made us feel right at home! Our apartment was so comfortable and we wanted for nothing! It was an additional blessing to have a washer/dryer in our unit to handle our wardrobe. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Sydney again in the future, we would jump at the opportunity to stay with Peter and Margaret. We treasure all the memories that were made while staying with them!

Everything was perfect! Much better than I expected! Better than staying in a hotel and the price is amazing! Had everything I needed during the stay. Netflix, full kitchen, a fridge, clean bathroom with towels and a washing machine and dryer was available, kitchen appliances were available as well. Checking in and checking out was easy and the hosts are very nice and sweet, easy communication and ensuring everything was okay with the studio. Will most likely book with your studio again! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela's new apartment at Prospect. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a two-day stay. A bonus was having a kitchen with cooking appliances and a full-size fridge. Loved having the grocery shop close by and lovely neighbourhood to walk around. Only a short drive to Westmead Hospital for us. We were warmly welcomed by Sonal who opened up for us and gave us all the information we needed. Very caring, compassionate man. We highly recommend Angela's studio apartment and we would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing. Very nice apartment with everything that I needed - Netflix, BBQ on the balcony, cold drinks in the fridge, full kitchen, safe and secure for a solo traveller too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sydney. It's not close to the city but easy enough to catch a train in if you want. I loved the location and was perfect for me to get to where I had to go. Excellent accomodation for a really good price

Great place, cute and compatible. Great hosts and location is right next to Woolworths which is convenient! Just an hour away from the blue mountains as well as the city! There are a lot of utilities at the apartment itself which came in great use. There is also a drive in cinema very close to the place!

An amazing unit for a good family stay, everything was just perfect and a good quality residence. Ignore all the reviews about bad linen, it was all quite clean and comfortable.

A nice place for budget-conscious visitors

Sandy was a lovely host and was a great help checking in and setting us up for our stay.. the unit is nice and modern and was what we needed for our stay but unfortunately it just wasn't ready for guests. No working tv or wifi and not great linen and towels.

Unit was new and accessible but furnishings old. Bring your own towels and bedding for comfort.

Staying with Peter was a wonderful home like experience. We found Peter and his wife very nice, clean, cooperative and always ready to help. They always meet us with smiling face and guide us through the useful tips of bus/train routes and their time tables. Granny flat is very clean and shining like new with all the necessary things required for hassle free stay. Located in a very calm suburb away from the noise and pollution. Conveniently located close to transport towards Parramatta and CBD. Fully recommended place for short/long term peaceful stay in green.

Peter and Som are an extremely nice couple who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and have everything you need. The granny flat is clean, modern and the brand new double bed which arrived whilst we were here, very very comfy. Som brought unexpected food to me whilst James was out at work and we enjoyed a bbq with them one afternoon as well. Their garden is delightful and they provide great information on bus routes and the nearest shopping/eating spots.

Peter and his family were kind & considerate hosts, offering a lot of helpful information & being available when needed. We were out a lot of the time attending a local conference, but it was a convenient and pleasant place to come home to at the end of the day and had everything we needed. Would recommend. Hello everyone, if you are reading this then you must be considering to stay at Mark's place. Stop considering it, just book this place if its available. You can't name a thing that Mark doesn't provide, even if its not mentioned in descriptions. The best thing, bedding is super comfortable and that matters a lot. Even if he increases the price I'm staying at his place anytime we visit Sydney.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mark's place. The apartment is spacious and is very well equipped with everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Mark's attention to detail as far as making my stay more than comfortable was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Great view from the unit, quiet suburb, you can hear different birds chirping in the morning. Clean bathroom, adequate bedroom and the extra space for the living room was an added bonus. Visitors advised to park off-street as driveway is very steep and probably not suitable for low height car. Other than that, everything is good. Highly recommend to others.

We live in Northmead and booked this apartment for my parents who were visiting from Germany. It was very clean, spacious, and contained all they needed. Ganes responded within minute to text messages. We will book his place again for visiting friends and family! In regards to location: It is a short walk to Westmead Hospital, bus station (to Westmead/Parramatta for T1 City Train) is very close.

We stayed at Gane's place as it was close to Westmead Hospital, and it was perfect for our stay. Apartment is clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We found a good Chinese restaurant in walking distance, and if KFC or Maccas is to your liking, they are across the road.

Ganes's apartment is a very nice place and he is a patient host. We enjoy so much here.

Great place to stay for a family. Clean rooms and kitchen. The allocated parking was great but we had a few issues entering the garage late at night. We sorted it out eventually. Communication with the host was good too. I would stay here again.

Well what can I say about how fantastic this place is other than to say that it is fantastic! it's like a little apartment with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. the bed is super comfy and the bathroom is a lot bigger than I expected. Michelle was a very lovely host and she made sure I had everything I needed. Situated on a beautiful, quiet street, it's a perfect place for a rest and Michell has added a folder with heaps of ideas for activities around the area. Great public transport is very close, all you could ever want or need. As I travel to Sydney a few times a year, this is the first place I'll book! When you are in Sydney, you should too!

Michelle couldn't have made us feel more welcome. This was our first experience with airbnb and she made it easy and enjoyable. Just like staying in a B&B. The room was just as it was described and was clean and very user friendly. It suited what we needed it for and was nice and close to castle hill and all its facilities.

Michelle's accommodation is a lovely self contained place with plenty of sun. I enjoyed that I could come and go as I pleased as it had it's own entry.
