Caribbean Restaurant
“Bongos is a newer place and a surprisingly good addition to Greenlake. Carribean food in a casual environment. It is a bit tricky to get across if you aren't familiar with it but there is an underpass walk to cross H-99 near the south parking lots at Greenlake, approx around 62nd St. (or you can cross at Winona Ave which is a bit farther up.)”

Mexican Restaurant
“Delicious Mexican food and some of the best taco salad I've ever had. There's something for everyone here ranging from meat dishes to vegan dishes and everything in between. You wouldn't believe how great the food is when looking at how cheap the prices are. It gets crowded on Friday nights and weekends so going earlier is a good idea on those days. Open until midnight so good for a late night meal!”

Coffee Shop
“Amazing small-batch coffee just a 10 minute walk away. One of our favorite ways to wake up on a lazy day. There's even a small selection of kids toys and books. But don't expect a Starbucks-like menu -- they only do pour overs and lattes. Try the deconstructed espresso. You won't regret it.”

“Craving for European pastries? A visit to Celine patisserie is your best bet! They are known for their croissants, tarts, galettes, danishes, cheesecakes, and macaroons. Personal favorites are the breakfast galette, matcha marscapone croissant, baklava croissant, chocolate hazelnut croissant, lemon meringue or passion fruit tart and bacon galette (make sure you ask for fried egg on top of your galette, it's a game changer!).”
