Ho trascorso un paio di giorni a casa di Mondi e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il posto è super enorme, ultimamente ristrutturato e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Meticolosa pulito e super confortevole. Ha uno stile unico e un enorme salotto, con il pianoforte a coda nel mezzo di esso. L'appartamento si trova in un fantastico blocco con parco privato, campi da tennis, ecc Il quartiere è uno dei migliori di Roma e il trasporto pubblico è un minuto di distanza. Mondi è stato super veloce a rispondere e molto utile tutte le volte. Mi piacerebbe rimanere in questo appartamento nuovo e di nuovo.

our stay at Marco's place was fantastic. He was the perfect host, accomadated a very late night check in, and even arranged a pick up from the airport for our group of 6 at midnight on arrival for a reasonable fee. beautiful home, very nice apartment building, pretty balconies, pleasant views from the windows of the tree lined street, very spacious for our large group, and everything provided that we might need, including espresso pods for espresso machine. several eateries right around the corner and a metro stop and small supermarket about 10min walk away. the metro is convenient, but since it is the end of the line, be aware it will still take 30 min to get to main sites downtown.

Tiziana is a very kind and welcoming host. We only stayed one night, but felt very comfortable during our stay. Our flight to Rome was delayed by 5 hours so we arrived very late at night and she had no problem with that. She had a nice breakfast ready for us in the morning. I would recommend to stay here! Read carefully ! Check in : Stefania's husband opened the door for us. No greetings no introduction ( his name ) or offer to help with luggage ( he doesn't have to but is this hospitality ? ) The apartment : there was an outdoor sitting at apartment door step in pictures which was removed from Airbnb after we asked for it, Stefania's husband tried to confuse me that there is a private garden which I can use upon request for a while. We've rented the whole apartment just for that outdoor to enjoy sunshine. I've left my slippers at doorstep of apartment as it was raining outside and stefania's husband came to knock at our door and brag about a 1 million villa we are living in and we shouldn't leave our stuff out of the apartment. That was inappropriate and rude. Appartement is small, has no window, no closet, small sofa but very clean. Metro is around 15min walk,and so are supermarkets. There were very noisy constructions work going next to our apartment all day long. ( you could have waited until construction is finished to rent this place ) Conclusion : I didn't feel welcomed , I found mismatch with pictures, I don't recommend this place.

J'étais à Rome pour travailler au FIDA, et l'appart est idéalement situé pour ça, à mi chemin entre le métro pour aller au centre et le FIDA. Et aux beaux jours le petit jardinet doit être bien agréable.... Bon à savoir en cas d'arrivée le dimanche ou tardive: il y a 2 carrefour ouverts 24 heures sur 24 chacun à 10 minutes à pied'

Federica has done a fantastic job on her flat. Had a couple of teething problems with the blinds and wifi, but she responded quickly and sorted it out immediately. It is a great quiet flat, conveniently located to walk to IFAD. Loved having a quiet moment in the garden. Really enjoyed staying there.

She is really helpful! She replies fast! The place is very safe, quiet, clean, and close to the station. Cafe, pharmacy, supermarket, and dry cleaning shop are within walking distance (around 5-10mins). By metro, it takes around 30mins from laurentina station to the centre.

Ho trascorso due giorni indimenticabili da Annett ed Alessandro, mi sono sentita a casa mia fin dal primo istante! Abbiamo mangiato insieme, chiacchierato, scambiato opinioni, ero venuta a Roma per un esame e la loro compagnia mi ha aiutata a sciogliere la tensione. Annett è dolcissima e disponibile, Alessandro è un vero ARTISTA!! La casa è piena dei suoi quadri e l'ho visto anche dipingere con grande emozione, alla fine ho dovuto comprare un quadro perché mi piacevano troppo! La casa è pulita, confortevole, allegra ed accogliente. Il bagno privato è comodissimo!!! La posizione è stata ottima per me, in 5 minuti a piedi ero a destinazione. Il quartiere è tranquillo ed è comodo arrivare coi mezzi pubblici. Li ringrazio di tutto e spero di tornare a trovarli presto!

Annett is super kind host! She picked me up by her car at the nearest station from the house as I arrived late night. She also gave some orientation for me, which made me feel comfortable. The room and private bathroom was nice and clean, I took a sleep without any problems. It was happy to have a cup of coffee everyday morning. I used to buy bread and ate it for my breakfast with the coffee. One thing is that I felt it is bit far from central Rome (I often spent some time on waiting bus). But it is because I stayed only for 2 nights, so I was having tight schedule. I recommend this room for someone who doesn't have intense schedule(like me!). I am happy to know this room in Rome! L'endroit est comme sur les photos, totalement propre environnement, vraiment chaud, u est tombé comme à la maison. Un endroit agréable à partager avec la famille ur. est totalement près de la station de métro, donc u peut obtenir au centre de tout lieu à Rome vraiment facile. Ou si tu veux u peut rester près d'un parc cool qui est vraiment proche qui ont le meilleur Gelateria à Rome! (Vraiment superbe crème glacée), également u ont de beaux endroits si tu veux manger quelque chose. Katie est la meilleure, elle est vraiment hospitalary. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und ich habe in einem Vorort von Rom viel aufwacht und die sonnigen Morgen auf ihrem großen Balkon verbringen, bevor in die Stadt geht :-)

Rossella and her husband made the experience of staying at their bed and breakfast relaxing and wonderful. The room was bright, airy and roomy. The private bath was the same. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts provided were delicious and varied. Several times they shared their dinner with me allowing me to taste a variety of genuine Italian home cooking. They always welcomed me with a cold bottle of water upon returning to their home. Rossella and her husband do not speak English, but they worked hard to communicate and we did fine. Their daughter spoke English and we had one conversation by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), which she interpreted for her mother(URL HIDDEN)could not have had a better experience; highly recommended. The place is easy to find except for one Thing. When walking to her house and it says turn right on Via Del Colle De Mezzo, you have to cross the street and look at the sign which is hidden behind tree branches. DO NOT turn right and go up the street as you will pass her street Via Giovanni Celoria. GO BACK across the street the way you came and then turn right and go up the street. If you go more than 50 meters/yards you have missed the street, turn around and GO BACK and look more carefully. I was very satisfied with my experience at Rossella's.

En lille løsning for en stor ophold !! Denne lejlighed er stor - ren, flot udsigt, og en stor størrelse for 1-3 personer. John er en stor host-- jeg havde problemer med at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden i tide, men John ventede på mig og var meget sympatisk, da jeg ankom. Lejligheden er fantastisk! Hyggelig og virkelig godt placeret. Der er en togstation lige ned på gaden og butikker og restauranter en 5-10 min gåtur væk. Ejeren er også utroligt nyttige-han gav os pointere om, hvad man skal gøre og hvordan du får omkring byen.

Et smagfuldt indrettede, ren og kompakt flad med en yderst nice vært. Ikke at nævne, at han bor lige ved siden af! XD Nice og roligt kvarter tæt på "American Street" og "europæisk Street", hvor mad, tøj, dagligvarer mv kan købes nemt. Ud over, at wifi hastighed var temmelig anstændigt samt. Det er også virkelig tæt på togstationen (EUR Magliana), der gjorde det muligt at besøge de vigtigste attraktion steder såsom Colosseum med lethed.

John var en af de bedste værter jeg nogensinde har set på Airbnb! Stor fyr! Han virkelig hjalp os med at få det bedste af vores ophold i Rom! Meget organiseret! Vi havde problemer med biludlejning og han tilbragte flere timer ringer overalt at hjælpe os med problemet. Selvom hans lejlighed var en smule mindre (men godt for 2 personer), men jeg vil komme tilbage til sin lejlighed igen, hvis jeg går til Rom.
