Stay here. Go out of your way, make a trip around it, or take a few days to recharge here. We could not have asked for a better host, or a better apartment. Fernanda was accommodating of terrible Italian and speaks English well. She gave us great advice about the town and environs. The place is fantastic. Air conditioned and, most importantly, clean. The bathroom is large with modern amenities and just generally comfortable which is not always present in some apartments. View is incredible. The town is delightful. So to some up, again: stay here.

Fernanda foi um anfitrião perfeito durante a estadia (boa garrafa de vinho à chegada). Este apartamento foi incrível ... direita da rua principal, em uma estrada sinuosa pitoresca. O apartamento em si foi lindamente decorados e muito, muito confortável. A hely csodálatos. nem tudtunk találkozni, de Andrea a nővére nagyon vendégszeretők és apja adott nekünk egy kört a buszmegálló. ők egy nagyon kedves család (mi is kóstoltam apja tészta, bor és az olívaolaj, amely, ahol az összes kiváló). Great location for a visit to Montepulciano. Our hosts were lovely and really kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us with car parking when we couldn't find a space outside (they moved their car to accommodate us) and with restaurant recommendations. Communication was great. Unfortunately there is currently some building work going on in the property next door so we did get woken early a few days and the view over the hills is a little obscured. All in all, a good spacious apartment in a brilliant location and lovely hosts.

Pier Luigi og hans kone Viviana tog vældig godt imod os, viste os tilrette ang. praktiske forhold og vi fik virkelig gode anbefalinger til både restauranter og den smukkeste have i området (La Foce), vi kunne besøge om onsdagen. Det var dejligt, at Pier Luigi og Viviana boede lige ved siden af, så der var mulighed for en hyggelig snak i ny og næ. Vi var imponerede over Pier Luigis flotte engelsk, det gjorde kommunikationen nem for os. Lejligheden passede perfekt til os - 2 par, som gerne ville rundt og se noget af Toscana, men også have muligheden for at slappe af i hjemlige rammer og selv lave mad. This is a great apartment. Pier Luigi and his wife were great hosts. The apartment is within the walls of Montepulciano. The view from the garden is even better than shown in the picture. If I return to Montepulciano this will be my first choice.

We only met with Cinzia briefly but she was very sweet, giving us plenty of travel material to get to know Tuscany and Montepulciano in anyway that you might want. She also baked us a delicious cake! When I emailed her with questions she was very responsive as well. The apartment is so wonderful! It had most everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable...especially the bed! The pictures really don't do it justice. And the location was just perfect. If you're looking for a little home away from home in Montepulciano we highly recommend staying at Cinzia's apartment. Cinzia’s apartment is located in a quiet area of Montepulciano within walking distance from all main historical sights. The completely renovated place – which seems to be an old storage room – is clean and well-tempered especially during hot summer days. Its front door opens directly to the street. Moreover it has a well equipped kitchen if you decide to have a small breakfast at home or would like to cook something light. On the day of our arrival Cinzia gave us all important information about things to do around town, where to get WiFi etc. We were delighted with her pie as a welcoming gift. The pictures of the apartment truly give you a realistic impression of this wonderful place. During our stay we felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed our stay very much – especially our dinners at “Osteria Acquacheta” which we can recommend to other travelers. Wir kamen gerade von einer Woche in Montepulciano in Cinzias Wohnung. Der Ort ist sehr schön, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, ist alles leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss selbst ist geräumig, gut mit allem, was wir brauchten ausgestattet (auch Bademäntel!) Und in sehr guter Form. Cinzia ist ein toller Gastgeber, half uns, den Platz finden, wenn wir Schwierigkeiten hatten es aufgrund einiger Hindernisse zu finden (wir dort Prio in der Woche waren auf „Bravio dei Botti“, ein Rennen zwischen den verschiedenen Teilen der Stadt, sehr empfehlenswert), wir bekam einen Kuchen bei der Ankunft und sie lud uns sogar das Rennen von ihrem Platz zu sehen, die einen Teil der Strecke mit Blick auf. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cinzia's apartment was a great place to call home while visiting Montepulciano! The house is very clean and accommodating, from the umbrellas (which we made use of) to the bath robes, abundance of information on the area and the typical comforts of home. Cinzia generously offered to fetch us from the stazione, and surprised us with champagne, flowers and a homemade cake to celebrate our honeymoon! We found the bed incredibly comfortable (despite what other reviews said) and it was a little too easy to sleep in each morning :) For future guests: be prepared for a lot of hills and familiarize yourself with the buses, as you are in the ideal location to visit nearby towns. Don't miss the market, set up near the stazione (not sure how often it runs, but we stumbled upon it Thursday morning and were really glad we had!) If we find ourselves in Montepulciano again, we will definitely return to Cinzia's apartment!

My friend and I spent two nights here and had an amazing time. The place is very cool- just the right size for two people and the bed was very cozy. It is in a very old building right in the historical centre of the town, an easy walk to everything! Cinzia was so lovely- she picked us up and dropped us off from the train station, gave us home made cookies, and gave us a tour of her beautiful house when we accidentally locked our keys inside. She went out of her way to ensure we had a good time- I highly highly recommend this unique little apartment in this beautiful old town! Ciao Cinzia and thank you for everything!

Francesca was an amazing host, she and her husband spend some time with me to explain about the town and places to eat and drive some good wine. We really liked her place, it was warm and cozy.

Ave is the sweetest host! She was patient with us with our late arrival and greeted us so warmly, it felt as if I was had just arrived to my favorite aunts home! Not only that we were also warmly greeted by her puppy which showed us all the love in the world. It was definitely a home away from home and I could happily live there. I loved the area, able to walk into town and recieved my favorite part-relaxation. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. I send Ave our love and thanks, hope to see you again!

This is a beautiful room and location. We actually decided to stay longer because both this room and Montepulciano just wowed us. The room is clean and you have everything you need. You have a beautiful view when sitting outside drinking vino with amazing space. Especially if you have a rental car, this is ideal place, about a mile from "old Montepulciano", so nice and quite, but close enough. Ave was a great host, grazie Ave, vedremo di nuovo. Loved it!

Ave is really helpful and friendly. The room is located on the rear side of the house and in some kind of nicely renovated basement! That makes it really cool and refreshing when it's warm outside! The bathroom is modern, clean and spacious. Language barrier was not a problem. Breakfast and coffee machine are available in the room!

It was very pleasent stay. The room was very nice - it was actually kind of basement with small window, but nice cold during the hot days - big plus. The view from the small private garden (behind the owner house) was amazing and spending time there was very relaxing. Superfriendly dog greeted us every time we came back from the town or getting up in the morning - its joy was fun to watch:) For us it isn't walking distance to the town - it is around 2 km, partially very steep and with no shade, so rather for people with car, unless you really, really fit and determined or maybe in spring, when it's not so hot. But with car, for us it was great stay, Ave was very friendly, language barrier - not a problem and we are fully satisfied with our choice.

Lejligheden viste sig kun at være wi-fi router, uden en internetforbindelse. Men min mor var en kvinde med vedholdende og overbeviste en nabo til at hjælpe os. I sidste ende, han gav os wi-fi fra huset ved siden af! (heldigvis gaderne er smalle). Generelt er der stor! Fra vinduet i en super visning af lokale naturlige skønhed. Vi havde en dejlig tid i Serena hus i Montepulciano. Placeringen var perfekt, og det var kun en kort gåtur til centret for at finde aftensmad. Udsigten fra balkonen var fremragende!

Værelset havde også en af de største og mest komfortable senge af hele min italienske tur, og har også en fantastisk udsigt gennem vinduet. Du føler hver bit i Tuscana charme.

Den Serena Lejligheden er store og komfortable; Der er 2 soveværelser, stue og køkken. Udsigten er fantastisk på Val d'Orcia. The place is located just 5 min from aquaviva and 15 from Montepulciano. The apartment is really nice, rustic and with an amazing little balcony and views. Very spacious as well. There was a nice crostata in the apartment as a welcome treat and felicetta's mother was always around during the day in case anything came up. Really good value! Stefania was a gracious and lovely host. We arrived flustered due to our inability to follow directions, :) and Stefania patiently guided us to her beautiful home! This location is an absolute dream in the heart of Montepulciano and is also a great leaping point for travelers wanting to explore surrounding locations: Sienna, wineries, etc. The location is HUGE, amazing views, comfortable, clean, easily accessible, strong wifi, laundry services, iron and so much more. We will definitely be returning during next year's trip to Italy.

Right in the center of Montepulciano, steps away from wonderful sights, bars, restaurants and shops, this apartment is a little piece of Tuscan heaven. It felt like a hotel suite, with all the modern amenities of an apartment - just two of us staying but certainly large enough for four. We loved hanging out in the apartment with the windows open, hearing the bustle on the street below. Stefania was a courteous and efficient host, who allowed us our privacy and responded to our questions promptly. Would highly recommend!

Stefania's apartment is an all around great choice as a home base for exploring this part of Tuscany. The apartment itself is lovely. Super clean and has all that you need for a relaxing stay. I was nervous about the parking situation but I shouldn't have been. Stefania gave us explicit directions on how to find the best lot and even told us about a great free option a little further away. If you are thinking of booking this place, do it! You won't regret it.

Everything was perfect! We loved staying in Stefania's townhouse and can't wait to go back for a longer stay. Stefania gave us all the info we needed and made us feel right at home, even though we were a little late in driving down from Florence. The clean and beautifully renovated place was a treat to stay in. We cooked in the kitchen a few nights and felt right at home.

Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa. Tan pronto como entramos en sabíamos cuánto amor Stefania había vertido en su casa. No eran sólo los techos pintados a mano, impecablemente limpia interiores y decoración preciosa. Hay una energía de la casa que es sencillamente preciosa. La ubicación no podría ser mejor. Está en la "avenida principal" de Montepulciano cerca de todo lo que pueda necesitar ... y ya que está justo en el medio de la colina, que nunca tenga que subir todo el camino hacia arriba o hacia abajo. Elias was a great host. He helped us navigate our arrival and directed us where to park and showed us how to get to the apartment. The walk is either a flew flights of stairs, though I had a big bag and it was doable. He also assisted us in trying to contact wineries for us when we could not connect on our phone. Very helpful! The room was located in a quite little corner. The airflow is not the greatest as the Windows look into the road, so it did get a little stuffy, but there is a fan which helped. Overall great experience in Montepulciano!!!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Elias' apartment. It was exactly as purported to be, with a charming living room, bedroom and newly renovated bathroom. It is cozy and very warm-feeling, and the pictures on the AirB&B site are a true rendition. Elias was a most gracious and welcoming host, who I enjoyed meeting. He was most helpful with explaining how everything worked in the apartment, which is on street level (no stairs, thank goodness), and suggested restaurants and sites to be seen. This apartment offered WiFi, which others I have stayed at did not, so that is a big plus for us travelers! The wet bar was sufficient for preparing coffee in the morning on the provided hot plate. This is exactly what I expected from the description, as it is stated it is not a full kitchen, just a wet bar. The only downside is that there is no view of the breathtaking countryside, but it is VERY close to the main plaza. Thanks, Elias, for providing this cozy little apartment to us travelers. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à Montepulciano pour 5 nuits en Août. Très beau temps chaud et le manque d'AC n'a pas été remarqué. L'emplacement est parfait au milieu du centre sur la rue principale et juste un bloc ou deux de la Grande Place. L'appartement était spacieux et moderne. Et très propre. Le seul inconvénient, transportait nos sacs vers le haut dans la ville, mais il y a une raison pour laquelle ils les appellent villes italiennes Colline ...

Lovely little apartment in a lovely little town! Tiziana and Marino were so accommodating for us as that was the day we were arriving to Italy! The day of travel was a complete disaster so we were delayed getting into Montepulciano and meeting up with Marino and I'm sure it interrupted his plans that day but he was so kind, patient and welcoming to us. Their apartment is cozy and clean and plenty of room.... Nice big bathroom too. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the Main Street in Montepulciano. I would recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay in Montepulciano. The place is spacious, very clean and almost brand new. The location is great as well as it is close enough but not in the middle of the tourist traffic. Elias was very kind and responsive. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local places of interest.

This apartment was lovely. Very spacious and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

One of the nicest places we've stayed in Italy. The apartment is in a fantastic location just a moments walk into Montepulciano. Elias was the perfect host, showing us around and checking in via text later that night. His mum even sent over homemade biscuits for our children. The apartment is heaps bigger than I expected, modern, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Elias' apartment was perfect for us! We are a family of four, with 2 teenagers, and we had plenty of room to spread out in the sunny apartment after a long day of touring around Tuscany. The apartment is very big, with 2 bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms, a big kitchen and sitting room. Elias recommended places for us to eat and things to see on our drive up from Rome. We were a quick walk to the gate into Montepulciano and had safe parking for our car near the apartment (and convenient supermarket and bakery down the road). Elias is charming, and so is his mother Bettina who checked us in. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great place to base yourself to explore Montepulciano and other villages in Tuscany. Elias' apartment is fantastically appointed, extremely well decorated and exceptionally clean / tidy. Our two days in Pescaia Apartment was just amazing! The place is easy to find and perfect for travelers with the car. It is situated in a very beautiful place with a wonderful view to the Tuscany hills. Its a perfect place to stay and explore Tuscany! The hosts were extremely friendly and welcome. They met us, gave some travel tips and explained everything about the area. They also gave to us a bottle of their own wine and some fruits and vegetables from their own garden - what was just delicious! I highly recommend to stay at Agriturismo Pescaia - its a perfect place to feel the real Tuscany life!

Sabrina was a great host. She is more than helpful. The House is amazing, very well equipped, especially kitchen and clean. When we come, we got a bottle of handmade wine ... and breathtaking view, we will come back there soon.

Nice and cozy house.

Sabrina and Serena are WONDERFUL hosts! Our cottage was absolutely perfect! It has a fantastic little kitchen where we make wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Being December, it was a little chilly (as one would expect), but the fireplace quickly made the cottage warm and even more inviting. I would recommend bringing a pair of slippers though. We came to Montepulciano for the Christmas Market, and this was the ideal location for our family. You simply cannot beat the views here. Just breathtaking! We even brought our two dogs with us, who LOVED the farm walks. We walked into town (a fairly easy 30 minute uphill walk) and enjoyed some fantastic sights, food, and vin brule. Our only "concern" (if one were to call it that) is that the wi-fi was somewhat spotty. But we were there to disconnect and enjoy a family vacation, so this was not a huge issue for us. Thank you Sabrina and Serena for everything! We cannot wait to return in Spring!
