Hank was very thorough with explaining how to use things around the house during check in. He was very nice to coordinate with. The house is great for group or family gatherings and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Hank and Olivia greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and where to locate everything we needed for our stay. Their attention to detail went above and beyond and we were very happy with our stay. Hank's responsiveness to emails and texts was quick. Beds and pillows were comfortable and more then enough amenities to easily call this home away from home. Fully stocked with linens, sheets, blankets, pillows and even fresh fruit and water provided. Use of the garage was very convenient and the home is very clean and spacious.

The host made me feel very welcome. Kathy is very obliging and assisted me in many ways to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe and the pictures depict the place accurately. The additional services provided by Kathy such as pick up from the airport is such a big help.

Kathy and her family were gracious hosts throughout my stay. The check-in process was easy. Kathy had delicious homemade bread for breakfast in the morning. The room itself is in a finished basement. Kathy provided an electric heater as the finished basement is chilly. The electric heater was perfect- no complaints of being too cold during the night. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would stay here again!

MY stay in this house was almost perfect... Denis was really kind and generous person. If I have chance to come this area again, there will be no hesitation to choose this house for accomodation.

My experience with the house has been great. The house was well kept, very organised and was located in a charming, quiet neighbourhood. They had everything ready for us including some snacks, clean towels, extra sheets and bottled water. The host has been helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend that you stay at this place.

Dennis and Kathy are great hosts! I very much enjoyed my stay, not only was the room very beautiful and the shared living room a lovely place to meet and spend time, it was also so enjoyable to talk with Dennis and Kathy, who are very sympathetic persons!

On a business trip and had a great one night stay at Kathy and Dennis's home. Their house is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the home is spotlessly clean. Had a nice conversation with them about future travels. They will be a preferred spot for when I travel back to Chicago.

Alex and Sandra weren't there when I arrived for a late check-in, but they made me feel very much at home! There was a sign by the front door to welcome me, and small handwritten signs inside pointing to my room and bath. They had left soft lamps on throughout their home to welcome me since it was after dark. Their home was exceptionally clean! The room was very spacious with lots of nice touches - a well stocked mini fridge, clean towels, luxurious pillows and comforter. The bathroom was also very welcoming and had a small shelf with assorted body/hair products and hair dryer. Did I mention their home was clean? Cleanest bathroom I have ever been in... Each morning, there were fresh muffins, Keurig coffee, juice and yogurt waiting in the kitchen. Their home is located close to several wonderful nature preserves, and I spotted a deer on my drive in the first night I stayed. What a lovely slice of relaxation and country in the midst of a suburb on Chicago! If I'm in that neck of the woods again and need lodging, I will certainly be back!

I really had the perfect stay at Sandra and Alex's place. The listing was just as described. I was in town for a conference, and it was so nice to come back to a warm, cozy and clean room. Alex and Sandra were friendly and respectful and made sure I had everything I could need. I checked in later in the evening which was not a problem, and I was also able to leave early in the morning easily. They even left out some coffee and delicious muffins for me in the mornings. I highly recommend staying with them if you are in the area, and I look forward to my next visit!

It was a genuine pleasure to stay with Sandra and Alex on a recent business trip to Buffalo Grove. Their warm and inviting home will be a permanent alternative for me to the bland business commuter hotels in the area. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and invitingly staged for maximum comfort and convenience. Sandra and Alex are delightful hosts -- eager to share but respectful of privacy. The location is exceptionally convenient to major thoroughfares but in a quiet country setting adjoining a nature preserve. I highly recommend this host.

Sandra and Alex provided an excellent experience. They were very friendly and did their utmost to ensure my stay was enjoyable: from offering clear guidance on how to reach them using public transport to lending me a bicycle so I could travel with them to the local Strawfest at a nearby village. My room was comfortable, spacious, and had a desk to work on; the house was also spacious, very clean, and uncluttered. A most enjoyable visit.

Giorgio era muy atento y servicial para mi hijo, que residía en el apartamento para 4 meses. El apartamento se actualiza y está muy bien amueblada. Gracias por permitir que un corto tiempo de alquiler en lugar de un contrato de arrendamiento anual. Esta fue la mejor situación para un estudiante fuera de la ciudad.

This was a great place to stay! I stayed here for a school rotation and truly felt spoiled by the location and amenities. This place is nicely decorated and clean! The neighbors are friendly and I had zero problems during my stay. The condo is very close to anything you might need.... Groceries, shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Traveling to downtown Chicago (depending on traffic, of course) is around 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Mój syn jest staż zakończył się kilka tygodni wcześniej i Giorgio był bardzo elastyczny w pozwalając nam przenieść się wcześniej niż planowano, bez skutków finansowych. Giorgio był zawsze bardzo reaguje na nasze potrzeby i była absolutna przyjemność wypożyczyć. Gorąco polecam ten apartament i gospodarza.

The space was comfortable for two of us and we had everything we needed. It’s a quiet building with nice views. Renting was easy; Giorgio was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. It’s a great location if you’re working in the area and it’s easy to drive to multiple train stations.
