“Hotspot for public transport: central train station, metro station "Astrid", tram and bus stops. # Toward old city center: take metro line 3 or 5 (direction "Linkeroever" and "Melsele") and stop at "Meir" or "Groenplaats". Or take trams 11, 12 or 24 (platform outside, on the side of the big hotel, Radison Blu Astrid Hotel), and stop at "Melkmarkt". # Towards "Sportpaleis" and "Lotto Arena": take metro line 2, 3, 5 or 6 (direction "Luchtbal", "Merksem" and "Wijnegem") and stop at "Sport" or "Sportpaleis" (name can vary depending on line). Or take tram 12 (platform outside, on the side of the big square), last stop is "Sportpaleis".”

“If you want to see some superficial people sipping on a coffee that could buy me two t-shirts while they act like they are working on a great project or novel. This is the place to be!”

“Probably the most beautiful cafe in Antwerp. Truly royal & extremely beautiful. In spite of its luxury architecture, the cafe is quite affordable.”

“The Central station of Antwerp has won many years in a row the price for being the most beautiful train station in the world. Its neoclassical design (1905) will surely stun you. The income hall under the dome is huge and the iconic clock on the upper floor of the platform is where all the famous pictures are taken from. Equally impressive is the ingenious way they expanded the station in the busy city. 24 tracks are fitted in the relatively narrow station over 4 stories deep underground. From Antwerp you can take direct trains to Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges and many more.”
