Tawny Barn is a stunning barn conversion near Woodhall Spa in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside. It has a king-size bedroom and twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms. There is a hot tub, log burner and EV charger available. The enclosed garden includes a large patio and BBQ area. We welcome dogs and have amazing walks straight from the front door! Tawny Barn is attached to the 2-storey Buzzard Barn which can also be booked through Airbnb. At request we can add 2 further guests. Charge applies.

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Seven Spires Barn is the perfect getaway for two, where traditional features meet modern luxury. Guests can relax, feel restored and explore the best that Lincolnshire has to offer. The barn features a freestanding roll top bath and woodburning stove. Outside guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with hot tub and sauna. With special touches including luxury Bramley toiletries and complimentary toweling robes. Just 10 minutes from Woodhall Spa and 25 minutes from Historic Lincoln.

The Art Shed, a rural brick barn

The Art Shed is a rennovated brick barn in a quiet, rural location just a 20 min drive from the centre of Lincoln. The barn is split into three rooms: A large studio area with a vaulted ceiling containing seated areas, a kitchen and a sturdy work bench with a sink. A bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet, sink, heated-mirror and shaving socket. Outside there is a patio with an adjacent dedicated parking space and space behind it for a second car.

Of course we cannot forget the scenic garden with hot tub and BBQ.

The Old Surgery

The Old Surgery is a self-contained annexe in a quiet location, with its own garden, private parking and EV charging facility, fifteen minutes from the medieval city of Lincoln. The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
