It is a shame you were so disappointed with your stay and didn't say anything to me in person as this was not the impression I gained from you in reality. Of course I have a computer, which you saw, from which I manage my airbnb account - how else would you have had my messages regarding your one night stay? You were confused about your time of arrival. When your plans changed you only messaged me after your arrival, but had got off the train at the wrong stop, telling me to meet you one hour later until I queried it and then you realised you were in error. You made your journey difficult by getting a bus back and then walking to the train stop where I'd arranged to meet you. Perhaps this was why you were not happy on your arrival. Also, when I asked what your plans were, I mentioned the place you intended to visit was closed on your day of arrival. Airbnb provide my landline number to guests. There are, and always have been, curtains at the main window in the bedroom. The electric shower has fixed water pressure - the temperature changes when the number dial is turned.
You declined coffee/tea on arrival. My listing details that coffee/tea is served 10am on Sundays. You said it was too late for you so I offered to serve it earlier for you. That evening you messaged me to say you were leaving early in the morning so would pass on tea. This plan changed as you said it was so comfortable that you slept in longer. I offered you coffee/tea before you left around 9.30am but you again declined and left quite quickly without mentioning the damage you had done to the wooden chairs by leaving wet things on one of the arms - my rules request this isn't done.
