Apartment in the heart of medieval St Antonin. It comprises the ground floor of our 15th century home and has its own separate door to the street. Free parking is available 30 metres away in the town square. Just a 200 metre walk to either of the local village boulangeries. Also a 5 minute walk to the village Carrefour Express, or 10 minute walk to the larger Carrefour supermarket on the opposite bank of the Aveyron river. No need to use a car unless you want to explore the local region!
We trust you will find the apartment cosy and comfortable. It occupies the ground floor of our 15th century home here in the heart of 'Vieux St Antonin'. The village is intimate but large enough to have plenty of attractions and events happening (especially during the summer months). It has a very cute local cinema which shows films in both French and English, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is an open-air swimming pool and tennis courts. The village is situated on the confluence of the Aveyron and Bonnette rivers as well as having several small pretty canals which run through the heart of the village. It was founded in the 12th century, and the Maison Romaine dates back to 1125 - being the oldest surviving civic building in France.

Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
We only accept bookings for a 2 day minimum stay or longer.
There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge together with linen, pillows, etc, that can accommodate 2 extra guests if necessary at no extra cost, however, the apartment is really only intended for 2 adults.
For those staying for more than a few days we have provided a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the apartment together with ironing facilities etc.
We trust that you will respect our lovely house and treat it with care. If you have a well behaved pet, you are welcome to bring it with you. We have a non-smoking policy that we would like you to observe.
There are 2 bins for rubbish - a dustbin under the kitchen bench for general rubbish, and a heavy duty bag, also under the kitchen bench for all of your glass, plastics, paper and cardboard. Both can be emptied into the rubbish bins which are located next to the hardware store, opposite the place du Pradel which is just across the Bonnette river (about a 3 minute walk from the house). We ask you to please deposit your rubbish there when you leave the apartment. Spare rubbish bags can be found under the sink in the kitchen.
My wife, Liz, and I are retired and enjoy travelling. We spend the European summers in France and the remainder at our primary home in Sydney, Australia.
