We had a great stay in Nanou's flat. She was super helpful and her brother was at the end of the phone for any queries during our visit. It is in a great local neighbourhood, with easy access around the city. The flat was cosy and warm with plenty hot water and a little kitchen. Thanks Nanou!
Great time, she was very helpful and the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this place. Thank You again
Nanou and her apartment were a lifesaver for us. Our original Paris plan fell through and we arrived in Paris with nowhere to stay. But in the end we ended up with a flat better than we could have imagined. Nanou's communication was great and we really appreciate here working with us on such short notice. The location was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe) by metro and we loved the bakeries and grocery store in the neighborhood. For Paris the price was unbeatable especially since we were able to cook some of our own meals. The only drawback I can imagine would be that the train tracks are so close, but with the windows closed (since its winter) we had no trouble with noise at all.
This place was great, it was easy to find from the train station it was easy to travel to all of "the sights" . The apartment had all of the basics that are needed, beds, linens, towels , kettle , toaster . The train does go by and can be noisy but I had the window open and slept right through it . We did not meet our lovely host but the communication went very smoothly . We would recommend this place .
Nanou was a great host with a great little apartment. My friends and I loved the location as it was very close to the metro and in a great neighborhood with bars and cafes and also nanou was so flexible with us (letting us drop our stuff off early) and we really enjoyed our stay. She even sent a list of great places to check out, and need to know spots like local grocery stores! Thanks Nanou!
Nanou's place was nice! Very funky. On the small side, but perfect for the two of us. Much more like a home than a hotel. The building is old and has lots of character, and the elevator is excellent fun.
The apartment is in a great location, lots of good food and places to walk around nearby, and it's close to lots of Metro stations.
Though we never got a chance to meet Nanou, she was extremely helpful through emails and texts, and even received a package on our behalf and had her brother deliver it to us (he was a pleasure to meet!)
We had a wonderful stay. Nanou is a fabulous hostess. We had a tiny snafu at key exchange and Nanou fixed it inside 15 minutes. She gave us wonderful insight into things to do in the neighborhood. We had a lot of questions before we left as this was our first AirBnB excursion and Nanou was very responsive and friendly. I feel I’ve made a friend and I’ve never met her. We felt that we really got to experience Paris, not just some other hotel.
The space is small, but we had 3 people and were comfortable. I am a huge disabled man and I fit into everything. The lift was small (my shoulders touched both sides, but it worked out great. The room is clean though not spotless. The internet connection was flawless and the beds really comfortable. We had windows open every night and though some of the feedback we saw before we booked mentioned the trains running by, we did not find them distracting at all. They were there, but not a distraction.
This was such an awesome choice. We could not have had this experience in a hotel.
Thanks Nanou – you made our European excursion and awesome experience.
