This is a private suite and normally guests have complete privacy. However, we are open, accessible and prompt when needed.
Its centrally located in Vancouver and minutes from everything and it's the most convenient and cost effective way to travel especially if you are a tourist without a car.
Joyce Collingwood Station is a 3 minute walk and is 10 minutes to Downtown Vancouver
This is a private residence and there is no one else that is responsible for assisting you so we request that you contact us directly for any and all issues. Please note we do not offer check-in's later than 9pm for less than 3 nights stay.
Damage/Cleaning deposit: Please not that a security deposit of $100 will be required on or before check-in and will be refunded on check-out. Please ensure that the suite is in clean condition for the full refund.
Amenity Room and Gym: Is located on the lobby to the right of the elevator. Your key fob is programmed to grant access to the amenity room area.
Pets and smoking: Strictly No pets and Smoking are permitted anywhere inside the building or balcony.
Suite Access: On occasion we will be required to access the suite and display to other potential guests and will notify the occupant atleast 3 hours in advance.
Appliances: Please turn off the air conditioner, all electrical appliances and lights when not in use and whenever you leave the suite.
Laundry: You may use the washer and dryer in the kitchen closet. We are not responsible for any clothing damage. Read and follow machine instructions.Barbecue and Briquettes and grilling on the Balcony are strictly prohibited.
Trash: must be placed in the Garbage Room located on Level P1 at the far end of the hall.
Damage: Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the suite or to the common areas, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs.
Cleanliness and cleaning: This is a self- serviced suite so we do not provide daily room cleaning and room service. Please feel free to use the washer and dryer and maintain suite cleanliness at all times. Guests are required to leave the suite in clean condition as it was handed to them. The destruction and removal of inventory from the apartment is not allowed.Guests are requested when leaving the apartment to close all windows, check whether the tap water is shut of, shut off all electrical devices in the apartment, turn off all lights and lock the door.
Tony is welcoming and has a pretty maintained house. Perfect size perfect sunshine and a cozy balcony. It was almost spring so we woke up to a beautiful view of the city and cherry blossoms and the Sky train! For all the walking-jogging fans like me - there's a cute little park just next to the building. It's hardly a 2 minute walk to the sky train station and got us to downtown in mere 10mins. So summing it up, we had a nice, calm and satisfying stay. Thanks Tony.

Tony's apartment is located 15 mins from Vancouver city it is very close to the Skytrain and is easily accessible from his apartment. It was handy having a clothes dryer and washing machine. The room wasn't clean and very dusty when we took it over which was a reflection on the previous stayer as this is a self service apartment. The saucepan needs replacing along with a few light globes and blinds. If you don't mind cleaning it's a great place to stay the views were nice from the balcony. Tony was prompt getting back to you and very helpful at check in everything was simple and very hassle free. Previous comments about the skytrain being noisy isn't all that true as I could only hear a slight noise through the window.
The room is allot cleaner now so enjoy.
The apartment was just as pictured, although I didn't realize the bed was so low to the ground. The location is perfect for getting around town on the Skytrain and the view is great. Parking can be difficult on the street since there's a two hour limit most days. Tony was very accommodation in getting us set up in the apartment.
I enjoyed my stay at Tony's place. It felt like home away from home. My travel mate and I found the flat to be comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. We appreciated having the full kitchen and enjoyed cooking and eating breakfast with the view. We had pretty wet weather during our stay, but I imagine the deck is nice to sit on in better weather. The skytrain being so close is handy for getting into/around town, but it does mean you can hear it pretty clearly from the flat. I didn't find it a bother at all; but if you are sensitive to such things, you might consider this.
Tony was quick to reply to email communications with me prior to our trip, and then friendly to greet us and welcome us in. Check in/out was simple enough and parking was plentiful.
This was a fantastic first experience with airbnb. I would recommend staying at Tony's private flat.
Tony's place is really safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. His place is very spacious with a great view of the mountains. Everything was there for us to cook our own meals. All we had to do was go grocery shopping. There are several stores, restaurants, and the Skytrain station within walking distance. Next time I visit Vancouver BC, I will definitely contact Tony again.
