This is a large newly built contemporary seaside home with a very tranquil feel about 100m from the Challaborough beach and 5 minute walk from Bigbury on Sea.

One double room has a standard double bed, the other uses an IKEA Hemnes Day bed which can be a single or a double. Both quilts are available.
One double bedroom has an ensuite with a walk in shower. The other double bedroom and two twin rooms share a family bathroom.
Stairs lead to an open plan living space which comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, with washer and drier, a dining room and lounge.
Large patio doors open up one entire side of the kitchen to a large, sunny patio with table, chairs and potted plants.
Garden to the rear is grassed but hilly with a great sea view.
Outdoor steps lead to a rooftop terrace which has not yet been developed.
Parking for two cars maximum outside the house. However, for all other cars, the parking is 100m away in the Parkdean caravan site this costs £10 for a long weekend and £20 for a full week. Access to the property is via a secure pedestrian gate or a padlocked gate for vehicles via a building site.

Whole house available, garden, patio with garden furniture and potted plants. No dogs allowed on grassed area and must be supervised on a lead on the rest of site at ALL times. Access to rooftop terrace is possible but NOT recommended. It has been decked but not developed yet as a usable area.

All guests may use the pedestrian side gate which is only about 100m from the sea front car park. Max 2 cars allowed to park on driveway at house, entrance to the driveway is 200m away from the house via a building site. Barriers must remain locked on the site.
As this is a very new site, landscaping is not yet complete/mature. Due to our proximity to Parkdean caravan site, we do have views of the site. We shield ourselves with full blinds at the windows whilst we wait for our trees to grow !
8 person maximum in the house. One well behaved dog is OK but MUST be on a lead on the site at all times and MUST NOT be allowed on furniture or on the neighbours' grass at the back of the house. Strict rules re garbage disposal. Please note, an additional fee min of £10 may be charged if garbage not sorted from recycling as this creates extra work for housekeeping.
This is a NO SMOKING house. Absolute maximum 8 guests
One well behaved dog welcome but NOT allowed on any of the furniture and must be supervised on site at all times. Additional fees will be charged if these house rules are not respected.
Hi, I work as a fitness coach and live in County Durham with my husband Nigel and our 4 teenagers. I love to have projects on the go. I love running, swimming, cycling and discovering new places. I love being by the sea in any weather at any time of year!
