Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke

The Pagoda Lodge Estate comprises 2 acres of gardens and mature trees. There are creative, multi-tiered grounds offering many private and tranquil spaces. There is a gentle flowing river and wide views to the Inlet and adjacent, large Historic Pa Site. As such, we have plentiful and varied bird-life. Please respect our wildlife and do not feed the ducks.
The river is a fish reserve, so no fishing allowed. No children in the old boat shed (lower level) and no swimming without supervision of parents.
Many thanks

This place is magical ! Amazing setting on a hillside over a small river inlet. all overlooking a historic nature preserve (not a building can be seen other than those on this compound). The attention to detail and the landscape / gardens are really amazing. Stephen was very helpful and friendly. We arrived on C-mass day afternoon, and he was happy to show us around the compound and to our "over the river" deck mounted nice tent with pole mounted rain cover. He suggested the 2 great restaurants a short walk away thru the park and over the stream bridge. (we had excellent meals and great fun at both). As mentioned the compound is amazing. very creative and lush with natural stunning landscape. Our first two nights were just about perfect, amazing long sunsets watching the river and its abundance of birds, fish and ducks, soaking in the sounds was fantastic (quiet). Then the camping area filled up and it was not as special, kind of crowded and noisy , and a struggle to get a hot shower due to supply and demand. We used the central area Wi-Fi twice a day to plan our travels and stay InTouch. the Wi-Fi was much appreciated, but we had trouble holding a signal with any speed to do our travel planning and relied instead on internet café/ bakery in town. We highly recommend this place in good weather as we had - when its not a big holiday camping period as you may end up with a tent full of young kids ten feet away pitched on the lawn next to your glamping deck. Go when its not full. its a very different special place!

Beautiful place - 10/10, highly recommend this cute, comfy and cozy place. Was a bit cold so we were given hot water bottles and extra blankets before we even asked! Cool! Also, there was some banana loaf left in the kitchen which we had a bit of, so nice :) kitchen and toilets clean - amazing work guys!

I stayed at Pagoda Lodge for 2 nights, I wish I could have stayed longer! It was so relaxing and peaceful. The staff and the other guests all seemed super friendly.

The owners, Kathy and Stephen Frewen, spent more than 20 years in Asia and were immediately drawn to the harmonious balance of “earth, wind and water”. The pagoda roofs, the variety of rare and mature trees, the tranquil river and the abundant bird life all create a certain mag…
