The nearest beaches in the north are Bambolim, Mira Mar, Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, Aranbol etc all within 25km and the nearest beaches in the south are Majorda, Colva, Cavelossim, Palolem etc

The apartments are equipped with invertor for power back up, fully automatic washing machine, 5 stage water filter, 24 hours hot and cold water supply which is dual powered by solar and electricity.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed but one can smoke from the balcony area. Pets not allowed. Overstay of visitors will be charged. Towels and crockery items only for use within the apartment. Over staining of linen and towels will be charged. Any damage due to unwarranted moment of furniture or equipment will be charged.
