The Puhala Hale is perfect vacation spot to relax by the sea away from traffic congestion, airport noise pollution and the hustle and bustle of “in-town” resorts and crowded tourist areas. At the end of nearly every day, you can enjoy an exceptionally beautiful sunset. NOTICE TO GUESTS: This is a privately owned residence and owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
This agreement is made between named tenant and Nancy Kam AS OWNERS AGENT. In consideration for rental of the Home, tenant agrees to the following items:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME
1.To pay promptly all charges made by owner to the extent that such charges have not been prepaid.
2.Tenant will not allow unit to be occupied by more than 10 persons.
3.NO pets of any kind are allowed without required pre-authorization and separate pet deposit.
4.Tenant is responsible for bagging all trash, cleaning all dishes and barbeque prior to checkout. There will be an extra charge for dirty dishes, un-bagged trash and uncleaned barbeque. If any towels and/or linens are missing from the unit upon departure, you will be billed the replacement cost.
5.Tenant agrees to be responsible for all damages and theft that may occur during occupancy of the unit by tenant or any member of the tenant's party. When tenant checks out of the unit, an inspection will be done by Owner's Agent. If there has been no damage or theft, owner will promptly release tenant's damage deposit.
6.There are no parties, weddings, etc., allowed in the home without written consent from the owner.
7.Agent may enter premises for effecting repairs and/or maintenance or for other necessary purposes. Owner will make best effort to timely repair home when needed.
8.Venue of any action arising under this contract shall be in Hawaii County, HI. Prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable Attorney's fee.
9.A re-keying fee of $80.00 is charged for unreturned keys. Upon departure, keys must be returned to the lock box.
10.Check-in is 3pm, Checkout time is 10:00AM. If you need additional time, please notify the owner; otherwise you will be subject to a ½ day rent Checkouts past 12:00pm are subject to a ½ days rent.
