We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.

** About the home **

** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies **

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

"Cayley" is a lovely, modern 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, with an electric-heated private pool and amazing views out over the hills of San Remo to Bore Beach and the ocean. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large open plan dining/living area features a reverse cycle split system, smart TV,Ethanol burning Cocoon heater and is open plan with amodern, well appointed kitchen. Step out onto the fantastic covered and sheltered deck to enjoy entertaining with beautiful views.

Downstairs, there are four large bedrooms all with BIR, a laundry and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

** Outdoor Areas **

The upstairs side deck provides amazing views. The downstairs rear deck leads out to the beautiful private electric-heated pool that is 3m x 10m (and 1.5m - 2.5m deep). There is a carport with under cover access to the home and an acre of space to park a boat.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville cappuccino coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cook top.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

The upstairs living area has a reverse cycle split system, every bedroom has a mobile oil heater and there are 2 mobile fans to be used as required.

** Bedroom Configuration: **

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Two Single beds
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

** Linen **

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

** Peak Periods **

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
