Hallway ("kitchenette") has (shelved) closet with coffee maker, small fridge & microwave complete, coffee/tea supplies, filtered water, Tupperware, and basic utensils as well as disposable tableware: NO access to full kitchen. Private full bath includes a clean towel set, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. New, small, energy star AC unit in bedroom during warmer months; thermostat set at 70 deg Fahrenheit during colder months. 3 minute stroll from both T buses and commuter rail service (intersection of Walnut and Washington St.).

This is a space for ONE PERSON ONLY; no overnight guests permitted. The space is directly connected to a private home and so we would expect mutual awareness and consideration around issues of noise (volume sensitivity), security (locking windows and door when leaving the premise) and energy efficiency (turning off lights and the AC unit (or turning down the heat) when leaving the premises. Any kitchenware used must be thoroughly cleaned and all food waste properly disposed of in the stainless steel waste basket. This is also a completely smoke-free property: eg - no smoking of any kind either in the house, yard, or driveway. Thanks!
