Private, three room, one-bedroom apartment located in the center of San Francisco bordering two neighborhoods - Duboce Park and Buena Vista. Walking distance to Haight-Ashbury, Castro, Panhandle of Golden Gate Park. Enjoy the amenities of nearby neighborhood hubs (coffee shops, sushi, pizza, upscale bars and restaurants, pubs) or cook in.
Duboce Park (a great neighborhood park) is a block away. Buena Vista Park is a short, but very steep walk away - this park has incredible views of the Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and the city so it's well worth the effort.
Apartment is the lower unit in a home that was built around 1900, so has a unique feel with a large bedroom and kitchen area (a little quirky). The unit is not as bright as the airbnb photographer's pictures look; the living room and bedroom face east and get morning sun but the kitchen is on the northern side so isn't really sunny. Upper unit is occupied by me along with my two little dogs, Ozzie and Roxie.
Easy walk (about 1 block) to light-rail system which can get you downtown in 15 minutes or to the waterfront (Bay side going in one direction, the ocean going in the other direction). Very easy public transportation, and one block from City Car Share and Zipcar locations. On-street parking is generally good but there is 2 hour limit during the day for non-residents. The neighborhood is urban/residential and the street out front is a fairly busy two-lane road (see picture out window) so there can be background traffic noise which might bother sensitive sleepers.
Queen size bed (58 inches wide) with pillow-top mattress
Bathroom (separate toilet area) with bathtub and shower
Small washer/dryer in the apartment.
Living room with cable TV
Refrigerator and gas stove
Iron and ironing board
Basic breakfast items included in the refrigerator for your first morning
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am
Prices include all taxes and fees.
Pricing for stays of 30 days or more are significantly discounted. The discount is calculated through airbnb and will appear automatically when you enter your dates.

This was my very first Air BnB experience and Corrie was incredibly responsive and resourceful. No doubt in my mind I'll stay with Corrie again if I am ever in SF. Great time. Great location. Great price.
Thank you Corrie.
Corrie's apartment is very clean and easy to settle into... very cozy. The location is amazing - we walked to Haight and Mission for shopping and dinners with no problem.
Highly recommend this spot. Thanks so much, Corrie!
Corrie was great, very communicative and accommodating (thanks so much for late check out - which ended up being even later). The apartment's pluses were easy access, 2 heaters so toasty on the cooler nights, location easy to walk to The Haight and Castro, lots of books on SF. Disappointed that there was no toilet paper (am sure this was oversight) bed was a little uncomfortable (roll together), would have been nice to have a booklet telling more about the area - where to buy groceries etc (eg toilet paper :), recommendations on where to eat, directions/notes eg short walk over the hill you can pick up the F Line to Fisherman's Wharf and in the other distraction the 71 streetcar to Haight Ashbury. Definitely needs more plates, cups etc., a bit of a nuisance to have to do dishes every time you want a cup of tea. Overall good value for money. If you do stay here the fruit shop on the corner has good coffee for 50c and on the run food for reasonable prices.
Apt. Was as advertised. Floors are cold so bring slippers. Bed was comfortable.
Corrie was a great host, and we enjoyed the stay in the apartment. We'd definitely recommend it to others.
Had a great stay, everything as advertised :)
This place was reasonably priced, centrally located to the N Judah MUNI line and lots of great food/parks/shopping. Spacious with all the amenities like cable TV, washer & dryer, and a big kitchen with all the appliances. I really liked the front door's coded deadbolt too. The proprietor was super detail oriented with her e-mail so finding the place and getting in and out were a breeze.
My only complaints were the bed isn't particularly comfortable, and the shower was pooling water until I removed a large hairball clogging up the drain.
For the price, it can't be beat. It served our purposes just fine. The chocolates were a nice touch. Thanks!
Choose to stay here if you look for an apartment and for a quiet area. I liked the possibility to cook in a big kitchen. And you are never far from action. Nopa, Castro, Duboce park are some of very exciting neighborhoods. The owner, Corrie, is very helpful. I will probably stay here again.
Corrie was very responsive. We only saw her once but she was very friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and in a great location near the Castro, Haight St. and transit. It is ground level so the kitchen isn't the brightest during the day, but it worked great for us.
The apartment was the lowest unit and had its own exterior door (no shared vestibule). It had a nice size sitting area and a large kitchen with a fairly large eating area.
The location was close to Duboce Triangle, Castro, and Mission. The nearest muni stop was the Church st. Muni N-line stop. The walk from the Church st. stop was short but up-hill. It's fine unless you have a ton of luggage. If you want to take BART from the airport, try to pack light.
There are plenty of coffee shops and small grocery stores nearby. Walking to the Mission area was a pleasant walk, walking to Mission st. was about a mile. I thought the location was great. Close to cute neighborhoods and burritos, but quiet because no one walks up the hill without good reason.
