An interior designer's apartment in the best part of the Mission Dolores neighborhood, where the sun always shines! No fog here, just a bright, sunny and very spacious top floor flat. We're close to the action of Valencia street, where you can find tons of indie shops and restaurants, but we're set back enough to have a good night sleep. And only one block in the other direction is Dolores Park - the place to be on a sunny day!
The apartment was recently featured on a new Travel Channel show called 'Top Spot.' You can see the clip by Googling "Travel Channel Mission District Loft" and clicking the first link.
Stylish flat includes:

A beautifully appointed apartment, in a great part of the Mission. Gabe and Lauren were enormously accommodating and gracious in all of our communications. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I had an absolutely wonderful time at Gabe & Lauren's. The pictures online of the place looked amazing and I thought it'd be too good to be true, but actually the pictures didn't even do the place justice. The apartment is huge, gorgeous, clean, and exquisitely decorated.
You can't beat the location in the Mission. It's equidistant to 16th and 24th street Bart, and walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes and shops on Valencia as well as to Dolores Park where I watched a beautiful sunset.
I'm a very light sleeper but even though the place is centrally located, being on the top floor and the bedroom away from the street, it was quiet enough that I slept soundly.
Gabe and Lauren were easy to communicate with. Both prior to my trip and during the trip they were within reach and answered my questions promptly.
I thought about squatting and never leaving. This was one of my first airbnb experiences, and after this I may never stay in a hotel again :)
Amazing location. A block away from everything you could want. The flat was very beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to experience the city.
Yes I loved everything. The neighborhood was amazing and the house was extremely cute! Parking was a little hard but we figured it out!
I really enjoyed my stay at Gabe's place. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos ---airy and bright. The furniture was comfortable, and the place spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is great, and, while street parking provided a challenge, with some patience I was able to find parking without too much difficulty. One word for anyone with knee problems or may otherwise have a handicap. The stairs leading to the unit are fairly steep, and while they were not a problem, I can imagine that in 20 years they could be for me.
Great location, beautiful & clean apartment, unique design, inspiring books & magazines, makes you feel at home!
