Drumnadrochit is set on the shores of Loch Ness and at the head of Urquhart Bay, aswell as being set on the Great Glen way. It has a good selection of shops and places to eat. The village is also home to the official Loch Ness Monster Exhibition centre, so you could go Nessie hunting whilst exploring the nearby ruins of the historic Urquhart Castle. Dhivach itself has the famous Falls of Dhivach, a 100 feet waterfall, and the historic Dhivach Lodge. It is situated 3 miles from Drumnadrochit.

Squirrels Leap is situated well away from our house, but we are never too far away if needed. You can check yourself in with the lockbox. Once you have booked your stay we will send you confirmation with the passcode.
Other things to note. As you will be driving up a single track road in the dark please take it slow in order to ensure you see all the local wildlife well in advance.
