A brand new modern beach side townhouse with new appliances, 3 generous bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6 people (plus pull out sofa bed), plus two living areas, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, ducted heating, and an outdoor deck with a Weber-Q - located across the road from a private beach and walking distance (25 mins) to Main Street.

Kitchen, living rooms and study: The central kitchen overlooks the extensive open plan living and dining room with an extendable table that seats 12. The living room features ultra-modern lounges, a 70" wide screen TV, with direct access to the deck including a Weber-Q BBQ. There is Wi-Fi and the ducted heating is separately zoned throughout. There is an additional downstairs living area with pull-out sofa and a second TV - a perfect kids retreat. There is a study with desk plus an additional PC screen and printer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests consisting of a spacious master bedroom offering a king size bed, walk in robe, and ensuite. The second bedroom offers a king size bed (or two singles if preferred) with built in robes, while the third bedroom also has built in robes and king single bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. The TV space can be used as a fourth bedroom with a double sized pull-out sofa. It sleeps 8 people.
Outdoors: You can just about forget the car once you have arrived at this holiday destination. The beach is directly across the road with great snorkelling - beach equipment can be used including snorkels, 4 kids kayaks, beach chairs, esky and towels.
Location: Located on the esplanade within an easy flat cliff top walk (25 mins) to the dining, shopping and coffee precinct of Main Street, and the picturesque Mornington harbour. Relax on the beach or cliff top or on the private deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining after a day at one of Mornington’s beautiful beaches, or head to one of the world class golf courses or wineries within the area.
Amenities: There is a Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, washing machine and clothes drier, gym bench and dumbbell weights. All linen is supplied.
Cars and parking: There is a two car garage with automatic doors (a car be arranged upon request).

Mornington is the perfect place to stay on the peninsula with world-class golf courses, award-winning restaurants and wineries, plus all the fabulous water sports and beach activities you can imagine.
