This Castle is an absolute must, if you are planning to stay in Fife. The facilities are excellent for large groups. The friendly host, Etsuko, was there to meet us at arrival and showed us around the castle and told os the amazing story of its restoration from ruin to its present state. Everything is tastefully decoratet and furnished in the style og the castle. Its location just 6 miles west from St. Andrews makes it a perfect place to stay for parties playing golf.
Sitting around the fireplace in the evening exchanging stories over a glass of whisky in the large dining roomm had a genuine scottish air to it.
In brief, this place is unlike any place you will ever stay.
