This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is located directly above the Garden City Beach Bar & Grill.  Conveniently situated, this rental is located just a block from the Garden City Pier and the sandy beaches of Murrells Inlet.  In addition, this unit is a short walk to Sam’s Corner, arcade, go cart track, and much much more!  This apartment is fully furnished and stocked with the basic necessities for your vacation.

Bedroom 1 consists of a twin bed, TV with cable, dresser, and closet for storage.
Bedroom 2 consists of 1 full-size bed, TV with cable, dresser, and closet for storage.
Bedroom 3 consists of 1 queen-sized bed, TV with cable, dresser, and closet for storage.
The living area has a sleeper sofa making this apartment sleep a total of 7 guests!

This condo was recently updated with new laminate flooring throughout, fresh paint, gently used furniture, beautiful beachy décor, and much more.  This apartment also includes a washer and dryer.
One unique feature about this apartment is that it is pet-friendly (dogs and cats only and Max 2).  When this unit was being updated, we had you and your pets in mind!  Across from the living room you will find a pet room where your furry friends can enjoy their own private room while you’re out enjoying the beach and local attractions.

We do our absolute best to ensure our properties are advertised as accurately as possible.  Here are some very important things you should know:
1. This apartment is located directly above the Garden City Bar & Grill.  As a result, very loud music can be heard from time to time, especially at night and at times may even rattle the floors. Generally, the bar closes at midnight during the week and 2 am on the weekends. However, hours may vary and it's possible the bar can stay open longer during busy times.
2. While we have made several upgrades over the last few months, it’s important to know that this is a highly-trafficked rental that shows natural wear and tear.  
-The kitchen cabinets are older, but they serve their purpose.  
-The fridge is old, but it works great.
-The washer and dryer is a stackable unit and designed for smaller loads.  Overloading will cause both the washer and dryer to function.  
3.  This unit is located beside Slick Track, a go-cart track and small amusement park.  Noise levels, especially during the summer nights, are going to be very loud.  Guest’s will not receive a refund or any type of compensation for noise levels.

Directions: Our property's access is located at the back of the property. When coming down Atlantic Avenue, please take a left on Dogwood Drive. Our property is located upstairs behind Dunes Realty and the Garden City Beach Bar
