Dear Steph, thanks for your feedback, as first guest is really important to us. I just want to correct a few things you have mentioned. In particular in regards to the description of the apartment. There is no issue with power in the apartment, but in Italy there is a power limit and if too many devices are used at the same time once the limit is reached, the power will go off. This applies to EVERY apartment in Italy, it's just how it works. When you told me about the discrepancies in the property description I did show you that on Airbnb everything looked good and all the amenities were described correctly (the television will be delivered anytime soon but it's NOT on the amenities list for the time being) as well as the layout of the apartment which is anyway clear by the photos and the name of the listing (loft). The microwave is plugged properly and after your suggestion we have adjusted the legs of the washing machine which is now in balance and not shaking anymore during the spin. In regards to communication we use a virtual concierge system which so far has received very positive feedback and makes our job of managing several properties on multiple platforms much easier. Anyway, as you mentioned, I always replied also on Airbnb. I have noted all the small things we can improve and thanks again for this.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry to read that your feedback is biased and unfair. You are upset because we have asked you to pay what was due and clearly highlighted on the property description. As you confirmed on the review you were well aware that the check-in time is between 2pm-7pm. After 7pm, with a 24h notice, we can arrange a late check-in at an extra cost of €20, which is a reasonable request for working off office hours. I understand that the delay of the train was not your fault but I hope we all agree that it was not our fault either. And you know that we are not talking about 10 minutes as you incorrectly reported on your review but 1 hour. Then due to huge language barriers upon arrival it was impossible to explain how things work in the apartment, nonetheless I have replied to every of your messages in the best way I could, also to messages sent very late in the night where you were asking if you could use the dish soap in the washing machine...
