The 1902 Downtown House is 116 years old and was built by an early Cripple Creek mining engineer. In 1926 it was converted into 2 living spaces. It will remind you of early Colorado Springs at the turn of the 20th century. The neighborhood boasts 100-year old trees, good walking areas and 3 parks.
You will feel as if you are on grandmother's large front porch with wicker furniture for relaxing! Have lunch here or enjoy wine at the end of the day.
