Firstly, we would like to clarify that we treat and value all our distinguished guests equally, fairly and in respectful manners. However, you are being too suspicious and unable to show your valid ID each time is the main reason why we rejected your check ins every time.
1. First time, Date: 12 June 2018 to 14 June 2018
This was the first time you try to book our Serviced Apartments through a booking platform. When you showed up, we greeted you nicely and asked for a copy of your Valid ID and credit card. However, you were only able to show us a photo of your expired VIC driving license since 2017. We have rejected your booking due to you did not comply with our Apartment check in policy.
2. Second time, Date: 18 July 2018 to 19 July 2018
This time, you tried to book our Serviced Apartment again through another booking agent channel. Again, you are unable to show us your physical valid ID. For the same reason, we have rejected your booking as we have to abide to our Serviced Apartment policy.
3. Third time, Date: 1/8/2018 to 2/8/2018
For this time, you have booked our Apartment through Airbnb website. On the day you made the booking, you sent us the following text through Inbox:
"Hi Sally! Your home looks lovely, currently I am seeking private rental so just needing somewhere to stay in the mean time, I am studying and working so am quiet and also very tidy."
We thought that you finally have your valid ID with you, and we feel pleasure to host each and every guest. However, you still showing us the photo of EXPIRED driving license since last year.
You have tried to book us for many times, and each time give us different purpose for your booking (you told us you are student, working, homeless etc), and you understand our Serviced Apartment check in policy, however you were still keep trying to book us through different platform. This is really suspicious. Hence, for safety, legal, audit and security purpose, we can't allow you to check in to our Apartment.
Finally, we appreciate if you can follow the proper booking requirements and procedure in the future.
