The Periwinkle is situated in a lovely location which brings you tranquility, beautiful country walks and a soft sandy beach. The property is quiet, yet only a short walk away you can delight in eateries and holiday fun.

Dawlish Warren is well situated for exploring Devon. Both Exeter, a beautiful city and Dartmoor, with ponies & walks, are just half an hour away.

Enjoy a picnic or glass of wine overlooking Exmouth or explore the South Devon coastal path with magnificent views.
