Due to my attitude I always think first the guest is right. If we get a not 100% review I always try to find out what mistake we made. Unfortunately I have to say now I couldn`t find out where the mistake from our side was / happened. But please, if you don`t agree we are more than happy to hear your opinion. Nobody is perfect and we value every feedback we get from our guests and try to improve. We are superhost and we have worked hard to earn this status.
Regarding check in:
We sent you clear check in instructions right after your booking was confirmed (1 days before arrival) and you also find them within the airbnb app. We are frequent Airbnb travellers as well and its really easy to find on the app.
We also told you to call us if you need any assistance for check in which you didn`t. This was not because of no service from your phone. You were able to call the guy from the IT company that works in the same house. He then called us and let you in. So not more than 10 minutes waiting. If you would have read the check in details you would have been able to check in within 1 minute with the key box.
Regarding the "not the best neighbourhood" we are curious to hear what happend and what exactly you don`t liked. In Zell am See the areas along the lake (the house is located directly at the lake) are the best neighbourhood you can have. "Normal" austrian people can`t afford to live there because of the high prices. You won`t find any social housing here, you only find villas and mansions and the sport court.
