Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify this review. My rental unit is in downstairs of my home which is a walk out level with its own separate entrance and lots of big windows and two sets of patio doors. The unit overlooks my horse pasture and the Vernon River. The kitchenette is small but it has a sink, a hot plate, an electric frying pan, rice cooker, toaster, and all the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you need to prepare meals. There is also a BBQ with a cast iron frying pan and a pot to use on the BBQ. I have a coffee station set up just outside of the kitchenette and also a fridge and a microwave. My mini farm includes 6 horses, a rabbit, several dogs and lots of cats. It is located on my parent's property and they operate a potato and beef cow farm. The cows graze across the road from my mini farm and guests are welcome to visit their farm anytime. On occasion I do look after some of my acquaintance's pets while they travel. If I am looking after other people's pets while guests are in the rental I do my best to keep the noise at a minimum by not letting the dogs out early and to not let them romp and play together while guests are on the property. I do not breed cats anymore but have kept many of my breeders as pets and they are on site for people to play with.
