Christopher, I am very saddened to read this review. A couple of weeks have passed since you wrote this recent review so I hope the items you mentioned no longer exist, except for the air conditioner. I just had the heating and cooling company out on Friday(before you wrote this review). The unit was holding condensation inside the unit and that was causing the musty smell and the need for the bucket to catch the drips. They didn't have a hose or a ladder tall enough to fix the problem on Friday, but they told me they would be back early this week to fix the issue. I can promise that there aren't any bugs under the window now and I have no idea where the smell was coming from on the second floor. We have not had any plumbing problems and when I was last there, I smelled nothing and all of our rooms have been booked multiple times since you stayed with us. So, that will remain a mystery, and I am sorry it happened. I appreciate the honest feedback. I have sent you a partial refund. I would welcome anyone reading this to please call me while they are staying with us and they have an issue. I will do my best to remedy it while you are staying.
