Savita, we are so thankful your family had a marvelous time at the Treehouse Cabin.
We are completely transparent with our pictures and descriptions of the Treehouse Cabin that you are coming to experience a rustic cabin built out of sawmill lumber. I'm not sure how much more plain we can state that the Treehouse Cabin is hand built from handcut sawmill lumber. When you booked you were choosing between the rustic cabin and a resort. I completely discussed with you that you would have modern conveniences in a rustic cabin setting, and that you would be enjoying an experience that most agree, is like having your own state park. Even though we are rustic, we go out of our way to offer more supplies and support during your stay than any place I have personally ever stayed. Between each guest our cleaning team cleans the entire Treehouse Cabin by using a twenty five point checklist. The checklist includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors between each guest. Each guest is left a mop, dustpan and broom to clean up debri brought in by your family from the grounds around the rustic Treehouse Cabin during your stay. If you didn't want to clean up after yourself during your stay, we could have sent our cleaning service over for an additional charge. We were constantly available, and could have provided additional cleaning services had you expressed the need anytime during your stay.
There are several common areas, all shown in numerous pictures of the Treehouse. One common area upstairs complete with recliners, tv, DVD player, and an amazing view of the property. Another common area is combined with the kitchen area, the screened in porch also adds a common area with futon, table and chairs, and two rocking chairs. Three common areas are located outside for your families enjoyment. The first being a eight foot picnic table and rocking chair. The second is a huge fire pit with six Adirondack chairs placed around for wonderful evenings full of campfire stories, delightful sights, and sounds of popping fires, and tasty sensations of melting Smore's. The third and one of my favorites the 36 x 12 foot dock located directly over the water. The docks common area host a table and chairs, two weather recliners, and two Adirondack chairs. Fishing from, kayaking from, canoeing from, watching fireflies, meteor showers, and stars is simply an amazing experience that most of our guests find completely mesmerizing and magical from our outdoor common areas.
We are so glad you and your family expressed how much you enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxation of the Treehouse and it's location. Please remember to request additional services when you book again. We welcome you and your family back as members of the Treehouse Cabin Family..
