We have been at this a couple of months now. Yes, we ask for feedback so we can correct something for the future instead of getting a low rating for something we didn’t know about. We are also very clear if you are not comfortable with this, then by all means, go ahead and rate as you see fit. We have actually had complaints from the downstairs tenant vs Air BnB guests about the noise. To that end, a wall is being constructed on Oct 16 that provides for noise reduction and a better entry for both parties to the laundry room. Keep in mind It’s one person downstairs with her 3 lb. dog. Further, this guest left dirty pots and dishes which we had a discussion about. Perhaps her review is a result of our conversation, I don’t know.
