Im sorry to hear that your expectations failed to be met. I made my best effort to respond witin minutes to each of your many questions, but remind you and other guests that here on Big Island it is very rural there are many areas with no cell service. The last thing I said before you stopped communicating altogether was that I would be working on my friends wedding in a remote area with poor cell service, but to let me know if there were any questions or concerns, and I'd respond as best I can. As reflected in our message log, I was absolutely willing to hear all of your concerns and take any actions within my capacity to help resolve any issues you may have had. I felt is was unreasonable for you to expect me to leave the wedding and come back to Hilo for a meeting to discuss "house stuff" that could be communicated through the airbnb app.
I also felt it was unreasonable that you expected me to reimburse you for the fan you bought after Id already offered you an additional fan, all that aside from the fact that we were experiencing unseasonably cool temperatures from a winter advisory on the island that weekend... Besides the fan you asked for and received, the only other concern you voiced was about the mistakenly published wifi in the house that we discussed, and since you never responded I assumed you were able to access the public network that is available, and that the issue was resolved.
As for the other issues that you never mentioned to me: mosquitos, breakfast, beach gear; there are mosquito coils, breakfast items, and beach gear available in the house, but you never asked, or apparently looked for any of it. Its all there so i'm not sure why you felt it was a problem worth mentioning.
The kitchen is stocked with anything one might need so im not sure why you felt it wasn't set up to be useful for visitors. Im sorry to hear there were coffee grounds left in the pot but am glad you found the three french press pots and two hot water kettles to make yourself coffee.
In the future I encourage you to continue being communicative and patient. When guests stop communicating it's very difficult for me to help them find what they need, or resolve any issues that arise.
