Dear guest, at your arrival we informed you that a problem occurred the same morning with the room you booked and we asked you if it was ok for you to move to a room that is bigger and normally sold at a higher price for the same price you were already paying; in addition we offered you a bottle of wine to excuse us for any inconvenience. To the room swop you didn't show any concern or objection so we thought it was ok for you.
As it concern the problem with the shower and the electricity and your safety, you are the first guest to report this problem so if you would have indicate us the problem during your stay we could have fixed it in time.
As it concerns the privacy, being a traveller myself, I can assure you that in all kind of hotels and everywhere where a cleaning service is offered is normal to tide up what found around in order to make the room looking clean and tidy. You also had the freedom to ask us not to provide you the cleaning service and nobody would have gone even close to your room, I can assure you that! In any case, we are really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us but if you would have express your concerns during your stay we would have done all our best to fix the problems and assure you a pleasant stay!
