Maxwell, we sincerely apologize for any heartaches you may have faced when staying at our property. The fact that the cleaners had not done the proper job is our fault, and we had it corrected immediately. The cleaners manage approximately 45 units, so as frustrating as it may be, sometimes things just don't happen when they should. Again, we are sorry.
As far as the location being "beachfront", our descriptions and details never claim that we are ON the beach. In fact, quoted directly from our listing "public beach access less than a 200 yard walk out the front door." With that being said, I am sorry you thought otherwise, but we never false advertised anything different.
We understand that not everyone will enjoy our property the way we hope but, we truly feel that our rates are affordable and encompass all the amenities we provide at a lower than average rate. Especially when you consider most of the hotel prices in our area. There are minimal rules/requests we make of our guests and we simply ask that our place be treated with the upmost respect. When those small requests aren't met, we have to take action, so that the next guests gets the best experience we can possibly provide. We understand that our units may not be your cup of tea and that you had a bad experience, but we want you to know that that is not the norm out of the hundreds of guests we have hosted. So, with that being said, we appreciate your business and we hope that if you are ever back in the area you find a location that meets your needs better.
