What you were provided were Japanese style futon beds. If you are not familiar with this concept then maybe ask and educate yourself before booking a room with futon beds (I state that they are futon beds in the information). In your case you were provided with three layers of futons and most guesthouses in Japan provide one or two. In the end you slept on tatami flooring with three layered futon beds, NOT blankets, please do not spread false information based on your ignorance.
About the wifi, the note with the information was unfortunately missing but all you had to do was message me on day 1 and ask like you did (on day 2) but instead you jumped to a wrong conclusion and started to complain. Again, easy to resolve with simple communication. If you wanted more futons I would have provided that also. Next time communicate with your host about your problems instantly instead of writing a bad review.
Instead you were nice in the messages but somehow had a big issue that you failed to communicate, I find it very strange.
