Thanks for your feedback. The central heating and hot water from the flat is supply from a gas boiler and control via a nest thermostat. After heating, The hot water is stored in a tank which just needs reheating, normally less than 10 minutes if it’s not hot enough.
Similarly, the radiators in each room is also control via an individual valve where you can alter the temperature once the central system is working. Sometimes, other guests might opt to turn the valve off so it’s not too warm and I suspect this is what has happen in the livingroom.
It would be nice if we were made aware of this and can let you know how to get all this working. The central heating system does differ from country to country and as such may need some explanation if one is not to familiar with it.
Our flat description, also clearly states the bed sizes in each room .
