Carlos, you are correct on the gps. Although we are in contact with (Hidden by Airbnb) maps, they still show our correct street address in Greek letters only. On top of it, several other villages in the District of Paphos carry the street name Tefkrou, and people can get confused. We are working on solving that issue with (Hidden by Airbnb) and (Hidden by Airbnb) maps.
Regarding your other complaints, we reflected on all our communications on (Hidden by Airbnb) messenger and Airbnb messenging system. As a result, a private room was never mentioned, you were aware of the fact that you had booked a double bed in a dormitory room at all times.
We are not responsible for your delayed flight. However, we answered your phone calls way after midnight and gave you accurate directions. Unfortunately, you were unable to manage to come to our premises. When you finally arrived at a location 200m away from our hostel after 2am in the morning, our manager on duty even walked to your location and directed you to our hostel.
Your complaint “No lobby, you enter an apartment just full of beds since the living room. Like 20 persons in sleeping in the same small living room and a bedroom next to it!” is absolutely false and inaccurate.
Reason why: The apartment you were shown has 2 dormitory rooms, both sleep up to 10 people. Because both double beds in these dormitories were vacant at the time of your arrival, you had the option to choose either one. Instead, you left the apartment within less than 2 minutes.
We are sorry that we were unable to refund you on the issue. The Airbnb resolution center solved the issue within a short period of time, and agreed on our decision 'No Refund'. However, we wish you good luck on all of your future travelings.
