We are sorry that everything wasn't 100% to your satisfaction. You were our very first Airbnb guest, and we are still working out some of the kinks. We planned to have live TV before your visit, but wasn't able to get it in time. We are working on it! We are on site, and almost always available to help out with any issues that arise. Had you communicated to us about the issue with the hot water in the shower, we would have been able to fix the problem for you. Also, if the room temperature was not to your liking, you could have contacted us and we could have helped out.
