Centrally located, single level home is located in Morehead Hills, one of Durham’s Historic and diverse neighborhoods, convenient to Duke University, Downtown and NC Central University (7 min drive, 25 min walk) and to nearby restaurants [.8 mile walk]. Within 3 blocks are a grocery store and two neighborhood parks. My tree-shaded and quiet neighborhood is comprised of mostly modest single family homes, an eclectic mix of residents - retirees, young couples, professionals and workers.
Quiet: the main noise is from chirping birds.
