You are one of a kind group of guests; so nice that we didn't charge for the (accidentally) broken wall frame =) As informed by text, All mattresses have been recently purchased at MATTRESS FIRM, the number one top quality mattress store in the US. We apologize that that did not attend your guests, however, we've never received any complaints
from previous guests on that matter, just check the reviews. Still, we thank you for pointing that potential problem. We consider resting so relevant that we are providing cushioned bed toppers, that way, coming guests can feel free to either use them or not. Regarding the thin wall, well, I've never heard that before either (no pun intended) but if you said so, that for sure happens in all units since this is a construction issue, so there's nothing we could do. Regarding the internet speed, Orlando is known as NOT the best place to get fast wifi conections , however, believe me, at The Enclave Resort, ALL owners pay an extra monthly fee PER UNIT to have the fastest service possible, unfortunately, their administration does NOT allow them to hire another company, instead, they provide the connection and that's all you get. ALL units. No exception. I also apologize for that on their behalf. That is a battle every owner/property manager/unit constantly goes through, specially on high season. Good that at least the current internet speed has attended your needs. That would be of a great help if guests would just drop by the front desk and complain about that since we try our best from our side because we CARE for you. So thank YOU Jeff for being so understanding in dealing with adversities that many times we just can't control and for being so caring at the same time. We didn't do NOTHING that you don' deserve.
