Hi, please read carefully the room descriptions,pictures, and all guest reviews before booking.
Should you expect more for the room, we could have offered you another more spacious room at higher price. We approached you days before your arrival and sent you detailed check in instructions, and directions. We waited long time as you arrived much later than the time you told us yet didn't inform us. We rushed to receive you and led you to our free resident car park. Although we were busy preparing the family reunion dinner at the time of your unexpected delayed arrival, my uncle rushed out from kitchen, smiled, and shaked hands with you right after you entered the unit. After your check in, you left, came back late night, and left early the next morning. He didn't even get a chance to see you again after that initial 15 seconds greeting. There is no more any encounter/interaction then, and I am rather surprised (especially with your private feedback) that being uncertain yet you are so judgmental & negative. Please be considerate, gentle & kind to others. You may think high of yourself but please at least have respect to others especially the elder. It is a great pleasure to host & come to know airbnb guests from all over the world, and we are greatly encouraged with their appreciation and positive feedback for what we have done. Unfortunately, I found that your negative feedback is uncalled for and unnecessary. Nonetheless, we take note on your feedback & definitely will keep improving our place and services.
