I am a relatively private person, but, very friendly. I give my guests a lot of privacy, but, am available to visit some. I work alot,so don't have a lot of time to just hang and visit, except on occasion.
Love the walking distance to several restaurants and the close proximity to downtown Olde Naples.
There is public transportation available, called CAT, Collier Area Transit.
No smoking inside the unit or loud partying. Do not want alot of people coming and going. Will not accept pets that are not trained or barkers.
Karen and the charming bungalow were both wonderful. Our room was the perfect little getaway and we enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor porch and veranda where we could watch the local wildlife (including geckos, fish, and a family of ducks). We also appreciated the little touches like snacks and information about the local area. Having great restaurants like Taqueria San Julian and The Real Macaw in walking distance made dining very convenient. Really enjoyed our trip!
Some lovely things about this spot: it was very peaceful, there is a lovely calming waterway to gaze at/commune with, and there was fantastic wildlife! My favorite was an amazing heron who gave quite a show. I had a great adventure day riding a bike into and around town and to the beach one day. Host Karen was very welcoming and informative.
Karen was very friendly and we loved staying in the Charmaning Bungalow! Had an amazing time!!
We had very nice stay in Charming bungalow, Naples. Calm and relaxing surroundings, near small water canals. Host was very helpful and unobtrusive.
Karen is a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and quick to answer all questions/ requests. Place is gorgeous total delight. Space was a lot larger than expected. Will come back again!!! Thank you!
Karen was a great host.Everything in the bungalow was set up for a comfortable stay. The backyard is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your heavenly spot with us, Karen! We enjoyed the private little deck with herons, cardinals, bluejays and ducks for company. The room was clean, quiet and charming. Naples is a lovely city to explore - the shopping is great, the restaurants super, the beaches long and white and homes worth drooling over. Thanks again, Karyn and Bill Vancouver, B.C.
