The living space is very cosy with great lighting (computer, desk work space, fully equipped kitchen,bath,shower,an independent water heater). The apartment can easily sleep 3people. 5 minute walk: supermarkets, bakery, coffee shop, pharmacies, schools, dentists, a gym with a swimming pool (SportLife), a night club (Forsazh), the NAU. 10 minute walk – with a metro station a little further). 15 minute: restaurants, beauty salon, cinema, ice skating rink, shopping malls and 24h shops and pharmacy.
