After reading this review I took a special trip to South Padre Island and to my condo to go over this review with my management company. I walked the entire condo and checked all the walls, doors and trim. I am not able to find any cracks or damage to the walls. There are 3 areas in the condo in the master bedroom and hallway where we did some repairs and the blue paint has small areas that was painted over in white as a base, I am painting the matching blue over today and tomorrow. I apologize if I did not mention this to you in advance, I never believed it would have been an issue and sincerely apologize if it affected your stay. I have rechecked the linens that are used in the condo and can confirm my condo is enrolled in a "Fresh Home" Program. This guarantees fresh sheets, pillowcases, towels and all linens in the condo to be the be brought in fresh for each guests. As you can see in the photos, this is a triple sheeting program used in most 4 and 5 star hotels. I spoke with my housekeeping team and checked all the restrooms. At their recommendation I am updating the grout in the shower. It is an older off white color that was used to match the tile. I am replacing it with a white grout so there will no longer be any concerns on the look and cleanliness.
