Regarding the towels, we give the cleaning team clear instructions : they have to provide all the necessary to travelers to feel at home. If it has been missing, we can understand that it could has been bothering.. They have been told to, so as they will take care of it for the next guests. Regarding the shower, water is going away when opening the door. Don't worry, it's totally normal. You did nothing wrong.
As we are managing Hélène's flat, we need to know a bit more about the coming guests and the purpose of their trip.
