First and foremost, I would like to apologise for the issues you faced during your stay.
I would like to point out that I 'am quite surprised by your feedback as you did not mention any of this whilst you were staying at my house, even though we asked you, how was your stay one day after you had checked in. You mentioned my co-host being late, however, this was only because you did not follow the instructions properly which clearly stated that you had to inform my co-host when you were 20 minutes away from the listing. Unfortunately, if you do not do this, you will be expected to wait as my co-host will not know you are arriving at the property if you do not contact him prior to your arrival. So, this was an error on your side.
As you were looking to check-in earlier than my usual check-in time of 15:00, we did our best to get the place cleaned and set up before your arrival. However, this is not always possible as sometimes it can take longer to clean the place due to previous guests leaving the place very messy. Hence you still found the cleaner at the house when you arrived. If you had checked in after 15:00, this would not have been the case. The bed is absolutely fine as I have personally checked it after your feedback. Few slats fell down and all you had to do was put them back in place. The toilet rolls and other consumables are always kept in one of the cupboards in the house. If you had contacted us during your stay, I would have told you where the consumables are kept.
As you can see from my previous reviews, I take pride in hosting on Airbnb and welcoming guests to my house. All my guests absolutely love the place and thoroughly enjoy their stay without any setbacks. However, I have taken your feedback on board and I will speak to my co-host and housekeeping team to ensure we continue to improve our services to the guests.
I hope this does not deter you from staying at my place - you are welcome to stay with us anytime in the future and as a goodwill gesture, we will discount your next stay with us.
